Avocado: Easy Avocado Ranch Dip That Everyone Went Crazy – Bujint

Avocado

Avocados turn black when ripe, but most other varieties remain green. Easily peel by slicing it in half lengthwise and removing the seed. Then, use a spoon at the edge of the skin and scoop underneath the flesh. Keep flesh from browning by brushing with lemon or lime juice.

Ingredients

2 medium avocados, peeled and pitted

1 cup sour cream

I tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

I (1-oz) packet dry ranch dressing mix

2 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps (Avocado)

1. Combine all ingredients in food processor; puree until smooth.

2. Serve with your favorite chips or carrots and celery.

Other preparation method

Grill:  Preheat grill (or grill pan). Halve 2 medium avocados; season with ‘I tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning. Grill (flesh side down) 4-5 minutes or until golden and soft. Serve with a slice of lime.
